This is a tsuzure-ori weave pouch that Ryoma used to hold tissues or writing paper. The front side of the cloth is decorated with peony and chrysanthemum motifs and a clasp in the shape of two-butterflies. There is a two-butterfly pattern on the back as well. Handed down within the Sakamoto family.
